Techvio LLC is committed to client satisfaction across its design services. We work collaboratively and offer revisions throughout the agreed design process to help deliver results that meet the project brief. Our unlimited-revisions commitment applies within the agreed project scope and ends when the project is completed.

Money-Back Guarantee for Design Services

For eligible design projects—including logos, website design concepts, and graphic assets—Techvio LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and request a refund before requesting further revisions or approving the work.

This guarantee is subject to the exclusions and claim requirements described below.

When Design Refunds Are Not Available

The design-service refund guarantee does not apply in any of the following circumstances:

• You have approved the primary concept or requested revisions beyond the initial concepts.
• The design, logo, or website has been finalized, or a website has been developed and launched.
• You have not contacted Techvio LLC about the project for more than two weeks without prior notice.
• You have reviewed and approved a product-hunting report.
• You have approved your store and it is live on a platform such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok Shop.
• You requested that the project be put on hold.
• You have violated company policies or engaged another company or designer for the same project.
• The original creative brief was incomplete, or a complete change of design direction was requested and delivered.
• Your business is closing or changing its name or business model.
• The cancellation is due to a change of mind, a disagreement with a partner, or other factors unrelated to the quality of the initial design.
• You have accepted multiple sets of revisions.

Performance and Management Services

Hosting, SSL certificates, domain registrations, maintenance, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and advertising campaign management (including Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads) are considered performance and management services.

No guaranteed outcomes: Search rankings, revenue, sales, and return on advertising spend depend on factors beyond our control. Fees are charged for the professional time, resources, and expertise provided—not for a guaranteed commercial result.

Refund eligibility: These services are excluded from the 100% design-services money-back guarantee. Following a formal project review, management may choose to issue a partial refund calculated against unused hours or remaining service days, less administrative and setup costs.

Advertising budgets: Funds spent through third-party advertising platforms are not refundable by Techvio LLC. Any refund offered directly by a platform is governed by that platform's own rules.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@techviollc.com within 30 days of your original payment. Include your name, project information, proof of payment, and the reason for your request. You may also contact your assigned project manager.

• Bundled services: Where a bundle contains multiple services, any approved refund will apply only to the affected service component, not automatically to the whole bundle.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: If work has not begun, a 35% administrative fee applies.
• Other cancellations: Cancellation requested after 24 hours, or for reasons unrelated to the service, is subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
• Decision: Refund requests are reviewed by Techvio LLC management, whose decision is final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
• Rights after refund: Once a refund is issued, rights to use designs or other deliverables provided as part of the refunded work revert to Techvio LLC unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Quality Assurance and Delivery

We aim to deliver carefully researched, professionally prepared work that meets the agreed brief and quality standards.

Project delivery dates are set out in the order confirmation or written agreement. The minimum expected turnaround is five business days, subject to the service package, project complexity, and timely client feedback.

Our website or services may link to platforms operated by third parties. Techvio LLC does not control their content, privacy practices, or policies and is not responsible for their operation. Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
