Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, purchasing a service, or working with Techvio LLC ("Techvio," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to clients, website visitors, and anyone using our services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Our Services

Techvio LLC offers digital and business solutions tailored to each client’s goals and project requirements. Our services may include:

• E-commerce solutions and automation: online store setup, optimization, product sourcing support, and operational management.
• Web design and development: custom websites, user experience design, performance improvements, and technical maintenance.
• Digital marketing and content: branding, content production, publishing support, and marketing campaigns.

Specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines are defined in the applicable proposal, service agreement, or contract.

Your Responsibilities

To help projects move forward efficiently, clients are expected to provide accurate information and timely access to materials reasonably required for the work, including content, brand assets, and approved account access.

Unless agreed otherwise, please review deliverables and share feedback or approvals within five business days. Delays in providing information, materials, or approvals may affect the delivery schedule. Clients must also safeguard confidential information and any account credentials shared during a project.

Payments and Refunds

Fees, billing schedules, and payment deadlines are set out in the relevant invoice, proposal, or contract. Payments must be completed according to those agreed terms.

Because digital services may involve time, research, and resources committed from the start, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise or a refund is required by law. Please contact us if you have a billing question or concern.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once the agreed fees are paid in full, the client owns final deliverables created specifically for them, subject to any third-party licenses and the applicable written agreement. Techvio LLC retains its rights to pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, proprietary methods, and internal processes.

Clients retain ownership of their own e-commerce stores, business accounts, and assets. Any licenses or permissions required to use third-party services remain subject to those providers’ terms.

Results and Liability

We aim to provide professional and reliable services; however, business results such as sales, revenue, search rankings, and audience growth depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits such restrictions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential business information, strategies, documentation, and other non-public materials with reasonable care and not disclose them without authorization, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the agreed services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services when a material breach of these terms occurs, payments remain overdue, or services are used for unlawful or unethical purposes, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Fees for work completed and properly incurred costs up to the date of termination remain payable in accordance with the relevant agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Techvio LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
